Simple Gemstone Ring for Fashion-Antique Victorian Sapphire Diamond Cluster Ring 1.8ct Sapphire With Cert

Title Default Title
Qty:

A grand antique Victorian sapphire diamond cluster ring, modelled in 18ct yellow gold. The trilogy of cushion cut sapphires have a particularly vivid deep-blue hue and have been tested as natural, with no signs of heat treatment. This is all detailed in a GPL gem certification that accompanies the piece.

The sapphires weigh between 0.50 - 0.80ct (approx. 1.8ct total) and are surrounded by ten glittering old mine cut diamonds, with superb SI 1 clarity – H colour (approx. 0.50ct total).

Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The blue variety is considered a stone of truth, wisdom and protection and has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.

This is a striking Victorian cluster ring from the late 19th Century, displaying a fine collection of natural sapphires and diamonds that sit flat and curve gently around the top of the finger.

We recommend you insure for £5,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
